Online Design Environment

Customers are given an intuitive, interactive interface to easily set the following Sign Characteristics:

- Sign Type, Size, Color
- Up to 5 lines (and more) of Text
- Text Font, Size, Color, Kerning
- Reverse Text [Dealer Option]
- Split Lines
- Character Spacing

- Line Spacing
- Borders [Dealer Option]
- Border Type, Size, Color
- Insert, Scale and Position Artwork (Dealer Option)

Proof and Production Art Files

We use the same drawing engine to produce both the Online Proof and vector-based Production Art (pdf) files. This ensures that there are no "surprises". What your customers see (and approve) is what they get.
Both the Proof and Production Files are automatically emailed to the Dealer. Plus, copies of these files are always available in the Dealer's Online Vault.

Real-Time Payments

Customer payments are processed in real-time via our PayPal gateway. All payments are deposited directly into the Dealer's PayPal Business Account.

My Signs

Your Customers are able to quickly and easily Save their Sign Design within their own Personal Library. Signs may be assigned a Name, Category (unlimited), Sharing preference (yes or no) and given a Subscribe Password (if desired). Signs that are "shared" may be easily subscribed to from within the Design Screens or via an external hyperlink.

Unlimited Sign Types

Dealers may add and configure an unlimited number of Sign Types. We offer Banners as a Stock Type, but the sky's-the-limit. Sign Types and all settings are easily and quickly added via the Online Dealer Profile.

The online Dealer Profile is where you enter your settings and preferences..

Dealer Preferences

Dealers set all details, regarding each Sign Type, within the 'Preferences' section of their online Dealer Profile. All Saved Preferences take immediate effect. So, for example, you want to modify your pricing? No problem. How about trying a new color? Easy.

Design Assistance

Dealers can specify whether or not Design Assistance requires a completed Order Transaction (or not) and whether Design Assistance incurs a surcharge (or not). A Design Assistance Order tells the customer that you will start with their current Proof and add or modify their requested changes. This feature can help convert lookers into buyers, as it provides the customer an immediate level of confidence that everyone is "on the same page".

Order History

Dealers may view their Order History 24x7x365. Order History includes the PayPal Transaction ID and other Sign Details. In addition, the Dealer has the option of having specific Customer Information stored with each order (e.g. Name, Address, Company, Email). Note: credit card information is NOT AVAILABLE, EVER! Only PayPal receives and handles the credit card details.

Online Vault

Dealers are given a password-protected Online Vault. Copies of all Preview and Production Files are stored by year and month. Even though these files are automatically sent via email, it is nice to know that copies are always available online.

Computerized Shipping Labels

Our tight integration with PayPal allows Dealers to take advantage of PayPal's Shipping Features. Just login to your PayPal account and specify whether you want to ship via UPS or USPS. Either way, you can then print out a valid Shipping Label... instantly. Since all orders are stored in PayPal as well as our Order History (in the Dealer Profile), it's easy to stay on top of things!

Dealer Library

The Dealer Library is a whole set of features in and of itself. The Dealer Library provides powerful management tools that Dealers may use to build content as well as serve and manage customers. These features include: Manage Templates; Manage Art; Manage Colors; Manage Fonts; Manage Catalogs; and, Personal Libraries. Dealers receive a 46-page manual full of step-by-step screenshots, that deals specifically with harnassing the power of the Dealer Library.
